Cat’s TA Consulting, Inc. agrees to perform the following tasks: • Job Description Finalization: o Collaborate with [Client Company Name] to refine the job description, roles, and responsibilities. • Sourcing Candidates: o Leverage a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates. o Use internal databases and other resources to locate qualified candidates for the position(s). • Screening & Interviewing: o Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. o Shortlist candidates and provide detailed candidate profiles to [Client Company Name]. • Candidate Presentation: o Present shortlisted candidates to [Client Company Name] within [timeframe, e.g., 2 weeks] from the start of the search. • Coordination of Interviews: o Schedule interviews between the selected candidates and the [Client Company Name] hiring team. o Highly prefer working with [Client Company Name] coordinator if not given Outlook access t to employee calendars • Offer Negotiation & Closing: o Assist in offer letter generation and negotiate employment terms (if required) between the selected candidate(s) and [Client Company Name]. • Post-Placement Follow-Up: o Follow up with both [Client Company Name] and the hired candidate to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding process.
